Service and maintenance

 

Repair, maintenance and modification of all types of process valves, actuators and filters.
 
Our service departments in Skui and Ågotnes have facilities for machining, assembly and testing of control valves, safety valves and on/off valves, including actuators and instrumentation

The service center performs tasks such as:

 
  • Installation of valve/actuator/control system
  • Run-in and testing of installed equipment
  • Reconstruction and modification of existing equipment
  • Actuation of existing manual valves which are in process
  • Overhaul/modification of existing control systems
  • Cleaning and servicing of hydraulic solenoid valves
  • Cleaning and service of filters (e.g. BOLL, automatic filter)
  • Inspection and troubleshooting
  • Repair, maintenance and modification of control valves
  • Repair, maintenance and modification of safety valves
  • Overhaul and testing of all types of process valves
  • Recertification of safety valves
  • Surface inspection by FROSIO inspector
  • The services are performed at the departments in Skui and Ågotnes, as well as in mobile test containers offshore and on-shore.
